I got referred to unique roofing and building by a good and long friend of mine as my roof was in dyer need of fixing!. I called the company and they answered with in a few rings and they were so polite and they really knew wot they were talking about. after asking a few questions they sent someone out the next day and gave me a very reasonable price the man ( James) was so nice and got his ladder off and had a good look around and explained everything to me I already knew with the things that needed to be done . James got scaffolding set up the very next day as I and he’s team of very polite tradesman got to work and kept everything clean and tidy I was so happy with the standard of work and how nice the guys were I have to leave a review !. The price was good and the job got done to a professional standard I will always recommend to any of my friends or family to go with unique roofing an building if they have any problems thx guys done a brilliant job

Steer clear of this company.
Had some roofing work done, had to call them back to do remedial works due to poor workmanship, Anthony came to do remedial one week later, he informed his office that the people who done the work in the first place should be sacked.
I have still not received guarantee paperwork for the work done, or an invoice for the full payment we made nearly two months ago
I Have made Numerous calls,emails and messages, tracked and signed for letters sent to company owner and still no response from this company.
Steer clear of this company
